Lescure Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Peter J. Lescure, PE as a General Engineering Construction firm providing design-build services. He discontinued construction operations in 1984 and has since developed a full-service civil engineering, land surveying, and development planning firm. Although LE is a small firm, ranging over the years between 5 and 15 staff, we are able to provide services to our clients, from concept to occupancy.

Lescure Engineer, Inc. offers a full range of professional planning, land surveying, and civil engineering services including water and, design of wastewater collection and treatment systems, water storage and distribution plans, utility plans, grading, drainage and erosion control plans, boundary and topographic surveying, construction staking, subdivisions and lot line adjustments, winery and commercial use permit applications and development plans.

Many business decisions are made on a short-term basis; quarterly profits, three-year leases, and ten-year return on investment.

The concept of Sustainability brings another dimension into engineering analysis. Concern for the sustainability of the built environment challenges the engineer to add another dimension to the development of alternative project approaches and recognition of opportunities and constraints. Keeping sustainability in mind expands the realm of impacts and costs which must be factored into life-cycle cost analysis.
